Refund Policy

At MathGeoPL, we take pride in the quality of our mathematics books and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from MathGeoPL within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

1.1 Eligible Returns

• Items must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged
• All original packaging must be intact, including shrink wrap if applicable
• All accessories, free items, and promotional materials that came with the product must be included
• You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation email)

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital products, including e-books and digital supplements
• Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
• Gift cards
• Books with visible signs of use, including highlighting, writing, or damaged pages
• Items with removed shrink wrap or packaging (when originally sealed)

3.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

3.2 Refund Amounts

• Full Refunds: The full purchase price will be refunded for items returned in eligible condition within 30 days of delivery.
• Partial Refunds: May be issued for items returned with missing components or showing signs of use, at our discretion.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different title or edition, please follow the same return process outlined above and specify in your return request that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.

If the exchanged item has a different price:

• If the new item costs more, we will contact you regarding the additional payment required.
• If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@mathgeopoland.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage or defect
• Photos of the damaged or defective item, if possible

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund, at your preference. In such cases, all shipping costs will be covered by MathGeoPL.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe mentioned above, please check the following:

• Check your bank account or credit card statement again
• Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
• Contact your bank to ask about any pending refunds

7. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are eligible for returns under the same conditions as regularly priced items, unless specifically marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."

8. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

9. International Returns

For international customers, the same return policy applies, but please note:

• You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be incurred when returning items internationally.
• Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• International returns typically take longer to process due to shipping and customs procedures.
